About Our Corporate Training

Looking for a unique wellness and team-building activity for your employees?

7 Second Defense provides corporate training that informs and empowers women through education in personal protection and self-defense.

Whether commuting to and from the office, traveling for business or just running errands, participation in our corporate self-defense seminar teaches your employees to protect themselves and their loved ones and get home safe.

Our seminar teaches women how to recognize and avoid dangerous situations, how to become a “hard target,” and to be prepared to defend themselves from a potentially life-threatening situation. We teach women to replace panic and fear with effective, easy-to-learn self-defense techniques.

Our seminar is taught by a certified instructor and includes discussion and “hands-on” self-defense training. Our program is reality-based and places attendees in common scenarios experienced during criminal attacks.

A seminar conducted by 7 Second Defense is an excellent addition to any wellness or safety program and is a unique team building opportunity.

Our women-only seminar provides a unique team-building experience that results in increased confidence, awareness and assertiveness. A typical class is 4 hours and includes:

Lecture – Attendees learn how to identify and avoid common threats to their safety, situational awareness, avoidance techniques, developing/strengthening intuition and preparing and planning for the “worst possible scenario.”

Hands-on Instruction and Drills – Attendees learn a variety of self-defense and escape techniques. Participants work together to develop the ability and proficiency to execute the various techniques.

The techniques we teach are effective, easy to learn and easy to remember when under stress. After just one session, participants acquire real self-preservation tools that can be implemented immediately. Tools that give regular women the ability to protect themselves and their loved ones from criminal violence.
